This page describes what we collect when you use aka4d and how we keep that data protected. When you create an account, deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), or place a wager on our sportsbook, live-dealer tables, slots, or esports markets, we handle personal information according to strict security and privacy standards. Activity logs: Every wager placed, every deposit and withdrawal, login timestamps, device information, and IP address. Communication: Support chat messages, email inquiries, and feedback you send us.

We collect this data because we are legally required to verify your identity before paying out winnings (Know Your Customer compliance). We need payment information to process deposits and withdrawals. We log activity to detect fraud, resolve disputes, and maintain a transparent audit trail of your account. We keep communication records to improve our support quality and handle complaints.

Note: We never ask for your password via email or support chat. Our staff can only reset your password via a secure link sent to your registered email address. If someone claiming to represent aka4d asks for your password, it is fraudulent.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Processors

We do not store your credit card or e-wallet credentials on our servers. When you deposit via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking, you are redirected to that payment provider's secure login. We receive only a transaction confirmation and reference number — not your account credentials. For bank transfers via local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking virtual accounts, we generate a unique account number in your name and share it with our banking partner. The bank executes the transfer; we receive settlement confirmation. Payment processors may retain your data according to their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

We share your personal data with payment processors only to the extent necessary to process deposits and withdrawals. We also share aggregated, anonymized data with our compliance and fraud-prevention partners to detect suspicious patterns. These partners are contractually bound to use your data only for the services they provide us.

Cookies and Device Tracking

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your language preference. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Your Data Rights and Our Retention Policy

We retain your personal data while your aka4d account is active and for up to three years after closure. This allows us to resolve disputes, respond to chargebacks, and comply with legal holds. During national holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi), our data-management timelines may extend by one business day. After the retention period, we securely delete your data. Verification documents and payment records are encrypted and stored separately from account activity logs.

You have the right to request access to all data we hold about you. You may also request corrections if information is inaccurate. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data. We process such requests within ten business days. If your request is complex or you have unresolved disputes, we may request additional information or extend the timeline to 30 days.

We do not retain your data longer than necessary. However, we are required to keep transaction records for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention. If you request deletion, we anonymize transaction logs so they cannot be linked back to you individually.

Data Security and Encryption

All data transmitted to and from aka4d is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Your password is hashed using a cryptographic algorithm; we never store it in plain text. We use multi-factor authentication (SMS codes) for account recovery. Our servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion-detection systems. We conduct regular security audits and penetration tests. However, no system is completely immune to breach. If we discover a security incident affecting your data, we notify you via email within 72 hours.

Jurisdiction and Contact

Our services on aka4d are available only where local law permits. If your jurisdiction prohibits online gaming or sportsbook wagering, you may not use our platform. We monitor for unauthorized access from restricted regions and may close accounts that breach jurisdictional boundaries.
